The Artist
Chris Leung first fell in love with making pottery in California. Since setting up his own studio near the Kettle Moraine State Forest in southeast Wisconsin, he has enjoyed developing shapes/patterns from early memories of living in Asia as well as from the everyday scenery of the surrounding Wisconsin landscape.
His work has been shown at the Gallery of Wisconsin Art, The Alexander House, John Michael Kohler Arts Center, Museum of Wisconsin Art, Cedarburg Art Museum, and the Lubeznik Center for the Arts.
The Land
Chris's studio is situated on 83 acres of land which has been preserved through the Ozaukee Washington Land Trust. Should you be interested to learn more about land preservation, please feel free to contact the Ozaukee Washington Land Trust (https://owlt.org) directly or similar local organization near you.
