All major credit cards (i.e., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards are accepted.
Each ordered item will be carefully wrapped and packaged. It will generally be shipped via ground shipping by the US Postal Service to the address provided by you within one week after receiving payment.
For domestic orders, purchases over $100 will receive free shipping, otherwise, a flat $8 will be charged. For international orders, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can inform you of the exact cost before you decide on whether to go ahead with the purchase. If you require expedited shipping (i.e., Priority, Express Mail) or insurance coverage, please let us know when placing the order.
Sales tax of 5.6% will be charged on orders shipped within Wisconsin.
In addition to shipping costs, you will be responsible for any applicable local tariff or customs fees.
Cancellation & Refunds
All sales are considered final. If you change your mind after placing an order, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours. We will either exchange the item or issue a refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and we will refund only the product cost (not including the original shipping cost). If the returned item from you is damaged, the product cost will not be refunded.
Please inspect all items in the shipment immediately upon arrival. If any item is damaged during transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos within 48 hours. We can find an acceptable solution.
Since all items are handcrafted individually, there may be slight variations in color, textures, finish, and dimensions. With different monitors, the color between the actual item and as it appears on your screen might be slightly different as well.
